Although it's so easy to buy asparagus all year round from all over the world these days, I prefer to wait and celebrate the arrival of asparagus each spring - I enjoy it every week while it's in season. Not only does it always seems to taste better when it's from your local farmer, it also pairs better with all of the other lovely spring time produce. Here are a few of my favorite asparagus recipes this spring:
