Claudine is a true professional who offers impeccable service. She works with us to create wonderful meals within our company budget. We have board members who travel cross country to be here for our meetings, but I suspect that they also come in person for the opportunity to eat Claudine's food!"

"We hired Claudine to cater a wedding celebration for us in a friend's home; we could not have been more pleased. We served her Fall Harvest menu and it was spectacular. The food was fresh, the menu interesting and unique and the presentation was dazzling. Our friend's home has a wide open kitchen that would have exposed the kitchen management of many a caterer, but Claudine's efficient, friendly and unobtrusive use of the space was really impressive. I grew up in a catering family, so am easily distracted if food service is stressed, but with Claudine managing the event, the only attention I gave the food was figuring out what fantastic option to try next. All our guests were impressed and I would use her again without hesitation."

"I just attended a baking class today with both my kids and it totally exceeded my expectations. We learned how to make doughnuts, bagels, challah, and raisin roll bread. After three hours I was convinced that I really can do this at home! The bagels were the deal clincher. Even thought Claudine made it look so easy, we all had to go through the steps to do it ourselves and I feel completely competent to take these skills home to my own kitchen. Claudine is a great teacher and made the class interesting to both adults and children."

"Attended a cooking/dinner party with a group of moms from my school. We had a BLAST! Claudine was superhuman with her abilities to teach all 7 of us how to cook at once. We all learned new skills (I made my first homemade pie crust!), new recipes, and we even learned about new (to us) foods. Claudine creates an amazing, fun, creative, low stress environment while actually teaching us AND giving us confidence in our own abilities. She was fully prepared and well organized, while still encouraging us to experiment and be flexible with the recipes. She even sent us all the recipes the next day, so we could make them again at home. The food was unique, beautiful, healthy, hearty, delicious, local, exciting, and flavorful. "I attended a cooking party earlier this spring with a group of girlfriends. Claudine planned the recipes and brought over ingredients. We all had a fabulous time chatting and cooking as Claudine patiently guided us through the process of creating a fabulous meal, which we then sat down to enjoy. Claudine's ingredients are top notch and local, recipes are delicious (but not too fussy), and she knows a ton about cooking. I highly recommend her classes and catering -- you won't regret it!!"

I had my bridal shower with Claudina's Kitchen this past Sunday and it was so fun! I have never been to a cooking class before , so I was very intimidated. However, Claudine and Andy made everything so welcoming! We had a parisian style menu and everything came out delicious! We even made parisian macarons!

"I attended two of Claudine's kitchen parties, one for adults, one for children. Both were a blast. The former was a flat-bread pizza date-night with several couples we know. We learned how to make each ingredient from scratch. Most fascinating for me was the cheese - mozzarella and ricotta. As an Italian, I treasure these cheeses, but had no idea how to make them. There is something magical about eating a food you've just seen come to life! The kitchen counter was covered with fresh, seasonal toppings. I was encouraged to be imaginative and courageous . We used interesting combinations I never would have imagined complimented one another so well. The children's cooking class inspired both my kids. This was a great way to spend a leisurely Sunday morning with my two daughters. We made breakfast breads - crispy donuts, REAL bagels (H&H stand back!), healthy cinnamon toast and more. What finger-licking fun! The best part - the recipes are approachable and I've been able to reproduce them successfully in my home! I can't wait to sign up for the farmer's market/cooking classes this fall!"
